Business Unit Introduction

Our Cognitive Process Services (CPS) business provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client across industries and geographies, with various streams under Finance and Administration (F&A), Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations. Who you are:

As Execution Specialist for campaign management, you are responsible to facilitate the migration of existing campaign management processes to Adobe campaign classic platform and support audience development through Production Partners and Marketing Managers, and ensuring timelines are met using existing and newly migrated platforms. You will perform data validation using SAS and mainframe to ensure 100% accuracy of target audience.


What you'll do:

  • Support campaign, workflow and data migration for Adobe campaign classic
  • Review existing tools and provide recommendations for improving performance of migration process
  • Lead documentation on processes and compliance requirement
  • Develop Adobe templates to attain the compliance requirement in the processes
  • Develop specialized requirement for data attribute/output
  • Familiarity with advance functions of Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Experience of end to end campaign management, building workflow to delivery deployment
  • Building Adobe Delivery Templates. Performing A/B Testing and launching delivery
  • Creating Email Performance Dashboard via Adobe Reporting and MS Excel
  • Support deep dive testing for Adobe Campaign Migration
  • After migration perform audience generation using Adobe campaign classic
  • Perform data validation to ensure audience accuracy

Required Expertise:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Experience in data migration and process mapping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Design and execute completed marketing tactics
  • Excel Reporting
  • Knowledge of Marketing Compliance will be a plus point
  • Knowledge of SQL, HTML, XML and Java Script

Preferred Expertise:

  • Exposure to multiple marketing platforms for campaign management operations
  • Hands-on experience in updating and communicating marketing tactic status throughout production (in-market)
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
  • Ability to handle change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
  • Experience to document processes
