Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized payroll configurations using Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation Management, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, data discrepancies, and system errors.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of US Payroll regulations (Federal/State) including taxes (Fed/State), garnishments, child support deductions etc. .
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation Management etc. .
