Database Management:Familiarity with major DB vendor technology especially IBM DB2. DevOps Practices:Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools. Collaboration:Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Agile Methodologies:Experience working withing Agile scrum teams.
