Job Description
As an Dev Automation Specialist II your role will be Software Developer able to design and implement high-quality scalable cloud software solutions. You must be able to collaborate with stakeholders, help define techincal requirements, and take architectural guidance from software architects to help development teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals.

'Programming Proficiency:Strong experience with modern programming languages and framworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Typescript, Java).
Cloud Technologies:Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud.
Microservices Architecture:Proficiency in building an managing micro-services.
Database Management:Familiarity with major DB vendor technology especially IBM DB2.
DevOps Practices:Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
Leadership and Collaboration:Ability to lead teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:Strong analytical and decision making-skills to address complex software challenges.
Agile Methodologies:Experience working withing Agile scrum teams.

The work-life balance is good. They do not micromanage about the work time. As long as you are completing your job on time and efficiently, they're fine with it
- Skill development - Good
The company is totally manager-driven and doesn't have an HR structure. Once you get in the company, it takes a LOT of time to get promotion and the annual increment is also very less ( ~ 2%)
