Performance Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Create and manage ROI-driven campaigns targeting niche audiences in the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty segments.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization:

• Set up and manage end-to-end ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Leverage A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
• Provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.

4. Creative Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives tailored to the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty audiences.
• Work closely with content writers and designers to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand identity.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Expertise in campaign setup, bid management, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Education: A certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
