Job Description : A Sr. Tech Support Engineer's responsibilities include managing and maintaining IT infrastructure for Wisdomleaf Technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and software applications.
- Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to hardware and software.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and networks.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Managing Network Firewalls and network-related troubleshooting.
- Managing Back-ups and restorations.
- Experience with Antivirus software and their related issues troubleshooting.
- Experience in Asset management of systems and softwares.
- Monitor system performance and Event log reviews and troubleshooting.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a system administration role.
- Experience with Microsoft Services like AD /DNS /DHCP /GPO.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Linux.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS.
- Knowledge of Databases, MS SQL, My SQL, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
