Data Scientist - Machine Learning Models (3-4 yrs)

What You'll Do :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into actionable data science solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using your expertise in AI/ML algorithms.

- Preprocess and clean data to ensure high-quality model training and performance.

- Optimize models for efficiency and accuracy.

- Leverage AWS Bedrock, Glue, and QuickSight to automate data pipelines and create data visualizations for client consumption.

- Document your work clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.

- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For :

- 2-4 years of experience in data science, with a specialization in AI/ML projects.

- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models using AWS Bedrock, AWS Glue, and AWS QuickSight (Mandatory)

- Strong proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, including but not limited to

- Supervised learning (e., regression, classification)

- Unsupervised learning (e., clustering, dimensionality reduction)

- Deep learning techniques

- Experience with data preprocessing techniques like data cleaning, feature engineering, and scaling.

- A solid understanding of model optimization techniques.

- Proven ability to work effectively in AWS cloud environments.

- (Mandatory AWS ML Certification is a plus!)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Availability to work in the SGT (Singapore) time zone
