Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Salesforce product offerings.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent sales acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and increasing Salesforce product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Salesforce product adoption.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing relationships.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and align Salesforce solutions to address those needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that promote Salesforce products and services.
- Provide feedback on market needs to improve product offerings and business strategies.
Collaboration and Relationship Management:
- Work closely with Salesforce account managers, technical teams, and partners to deliver customized solutions.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Salesforce ecosystem activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and their business applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Experience in SaaS sales or working in the technology/IT services industry.
- Understanding of Salesforce partner ecosystems and business processes.
