Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT sales and marketing, ideally with international exposure, especially to European and Middle Eastern markets.
- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in international markets.
- The BDM will be responsible for expanding our reach in these regions, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
International Market Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting international markets, with a focus on Europe and the Middle East. Customize approaches to meet the specific demands of these regions.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European and Middle Eastern markets. Leverage online platforms, digital marketing, and industry events to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across Europe and the Middle East. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Proposal & Presentation Preparation:
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients in international markets. Ensure solutions align with the unique business needs and technological requirements of these regions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research in the European and Middle Eastern regions to understand market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in IT sales and marketing, with a proven track record of handling international markets, especially Europe and the Middle East.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
Regional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of the business culture, regulatory environment, and customer needs in the European and Middle Eastern regions.
Technical Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including cloud services, enterprise solutions, software, and IT infrastructure.
Sales Skills:
- Proven success in B2B sales with the ability to close deals, manage large accounts, and drive revenue growth in international markets.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effect.
