iAgami Technologies - Program Manager - Google Cloud Platform (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end program management of complex data cloud projects, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Ensure alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.

- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

- Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial performance.

- Manage the quality of deliverables from internal and external teams (e.g., engineers, data scientists, consultants).

- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, best practices, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.

- Proactively communicate project status, challenges, and successes.

- Manage client expectations and address any concerns effectively.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data cloud technologies, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, AI Platform).

- Leverage data analysis and visualization techniques to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the data and cloud space.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience delivering successful digital transformation projects to global organizations.

- Proven experience in program management, client service, or management consulting.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and collaborating with partners (e.g., systems integrators, third-party developers).

- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.

- Demonstrated understanding of the broader cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
