Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Execution : Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

- Process Optimization : Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

- Stakeholder Management : Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive execution.

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize processes.

- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in projects and proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Automation & Scalability : Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scale operations.

Requirements :

- IIT graduate with 4-8 years of experience in program management, strategy, consulting, or product operations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.

- : Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Prior experience in FinTech, Crypto, Trading, or high-growth startups is a plus.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or BI tools) is a strong advantage.
