- As a Program Manager, FinTech, you will coordinate and manage complex technology and business critical initiatives that may span across finance domains and multiple departments.

- You will work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds (Finance Product & Tech, Payments, Technology and Infrastructure, Product Development, Treasury, Credit Control, etc. ) and will be based at Bhubaneswar.

Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Own the successful delivery of the end-to-end program lifecycle.

- Be the driving force that collaborates with business and technical teams across to make sure your teams deliver world class solutions and/or products that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible all the while maintaining a strong customer focus.

- Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business -needs versus technical constraints.

- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
