Qualification : BSC IT or BMS with MBA in Sales/Marketing
Location : Western Line (Churchgate to Virar)
Type : Full time and Work from Office
Experience : 4 to 5 years in Software Sales only
Roles and Responsibilities
- Target Oriented and work on Fix salary + incentive mechanism on target achievements
- Work closely with Business Lead to consistently perform and achieve teams? target every quarter
- Execute different proactive strategies for lead generation and nurturing via calls / field visits / meetings /emails/LinkedIn & qualify them
- Excellent command over English and Presentation skills to give product demos.
- Get prospects closer to negotiation
- Prepare proposal documents / scope of work based on the client requirement / as per the instructions shared by the business team.
- Use different follow up strategy to engage clients and keep them updated about the products
- Responsible for sales review weekly/ monthly & quarterly
- BFSI clients? network will be an added advantage
- Experience in attending exhibitions / summit to represent the company and generate quality leads for our solutions.
- Use Zoho Sales CRM for updating daily activities as per company policies
- Travelling & meeting prospects and leads regularly or based on appointments
- Competitor analysis to make our solution pitch strong
