Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and corporate relations and presence
  • Collaborate with leadership across verticals to align marketing efforts keeping overall business goals and objectives in mind to position IHFC correctly.
  • Analyze other Hub trends and activity to identify opportunities for growth and showcasing.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities, using metrics to inform decision-making
  • Lead digital marketing efforts and supervise team to optimise SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials and communications/content is updated and optimized for performance across digital platforms and actual.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Oversee the development of creative assets and coordinate with agencies and freelancers to ensure they align with brand guidelines.
  • Drive brand positioning initiatives and work with marketing content online including SM digital content to expand the companys market presence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, PR or a related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role handling people
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, digital marketing and email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of creative tools like Canva and creating digital content and videos will be an asset
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with branding, event management and public relations
  • Digital Content creation
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and content creation.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with occasional travel for events or business meetings.
