Job Description
- Lead market analysis to understand industry trends and emerging technologies in AI/ML and Robotics.
- Design and implement technical solutions for AI/ML and Robotics labs and experiential centres, ensuring they meet industry standards and educational needs.
- Oversee the setup, standardization, and maintenance of labs, ensuring high-quality infrastructure that enhances experiential learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, educators, and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge learning environments.
- Ensure that all technical facilities are optimized for educational use and aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source equipment and materials for lab setups.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of lab projects.
- Conduct regular assessments and improvements of lab setups to stay ahead of technological advancements and industry requirements.
- Create and enforce best practices and standards for lab usage, safety, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to instructors and lab users to ensure effective utilization of lab facilities.
Qualifications
- B.Tech with 2+ years of experience, or M.Tech with 1+ year of experience in AI/ML, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects, including lab design, execution, and standardization.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Robotics, and the related technologies used in educational settings.
- Demonstrated ability to assess market trends and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing technical projects, including setting up labs, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for advancing hands-on learning and education through state-of-the-art facilities.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with lab equipment, hardware, and software used in AI/ML and Robotics.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining experiential learning centres.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines.
- A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest technological advancements in AI/ML and Robotics
