Senior Drone Engineer Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Drone Engineer Manager to join our team in Bhopal

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the drone industry and hands-on experience in managing complex drone engineering projects

This role requires someone who is proficient in technical support, drone piloting, and assembly of electronic products, with strong leadership skills to oversee a diverse team of engineers and technicians

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage drone engineering projects from concept to execution, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance

Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to other departments, including RD, production, and quality assurance

Assembly Testing: Oversee the assembly, setup, and calibration of electronic drone components and related products

Repair Refurbishment: Perform high-quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic gadgets such as drones, smartwatches, cameras, and tablets

Pilot Drones: Operate drones for various applications, including but not limited to aerial photography, mapping, surveying, inspections, and deliveries

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest drone technologies, industry trends, and regulations to ensure all operations are compliant

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize drone designs and improve functionality

Training Development: Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the drone industry, with a focus on engineering and project management

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in drone assembly, repairs, and system integration

Drone Pilot Certification (Preferred): Hands-on experience with piloting drones for different applications

Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively

Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the latest drone technologies, trends, and regulations

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Educational Background: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
