Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of suitable candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and placements made.
