HR Manager (PUNE) Male/female

Should have Masters degree in HR with 8-15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Industry in HR role.

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• Should be payroll specialist, knowledge of Keka software will be preferable.

• Regularly Monitoring of staff attendance, capacity utilization, placements, transfers, site facilities, payroll, benefits etc. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Liaison with Govt. Departments. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Implementation of labour laws, statutory compliances.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Should be able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.

Candidate Profile:

1. Good knowledge of Human Resources Management system.

2. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

3. Excellent communication, leadership and planning skills.

4. Self motivated and highly organized.

5. Excellent problem solving and time management skill.

6. Computer literacy.

OFFICE : 6 DAYS WORKING

Timing ; 9.30 am to 6.30 pm and sometimes late sitting required.
