HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams for smooth execution of recruitment activities.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and prepare interview reports to ensure effective selection processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field (BPO/IT industry).
  
• Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline.
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration, salary processing, and operations; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
