Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Appointment & Management
1.Identify and appoint dealers in all districts of Kerala.
2. Ensure proper onboarding, training, and engagement of dealers.

2. Market Analysis & Competition Study
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential dealers, demand trends, and customer preferences.
2. Analyze competitors products, pricing, marketing strategies, and dealer networks.
3. Recommend pricing and positioning strategies based on market insights.

3. Marketing Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
2. Plan and execute digital, print, and on-ground marketing initiatives to generate dealer and customer interest.

4. Sales Target & Revenue Growth
1. Drive sales through the appointed dealer network and ensure sales targets are met.
2. Track sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
3. Work closely with dealers to develop localized promotional campaigns to boost sales.

5. Coordination & Reporting
1. Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth dealer operations.
2. Provide weekly and monthly reports on dealer performance, sales growth, and market conditions.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales & marketing, preferably in automobile or electric vehicle (EV) industry.
Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Strong dealer appointment and management skills.
In-depth knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to create and execute effective marketing strategies.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Malayalam and English.
