1. Statutory -

a) All statutory approvals, renewals, Govt. related process

2. Recruitment

a) Manpower planning and candidate sourcing, Interview arrangements & selection Salary & benefits decision

3. Training & Development

a) Induction Training & On the job Training arrangements, Skill matrix preparation & training

4. Time office work

a) Bio metric attendance system implementations, Daily IN/OUT punching downloading & attendance monitoring, Leave/permission/ on duty, etc… update & Maintain

5. Payroll Process

a) Salary & wages category wise enter & maintaining,PF, ESI online uploading and Payments

6. Contract Labour

a) Contractors sourcing, Manpower arrangements, Contractor license / ISM license follow up, Contractors legal payments, etc... checking, Contractor wages and others benefits

7. Employees Relations & Industrial Relations

a)Maintain Industrial / Employees relations

8. Industrial Safety & Staff Welfare

a) HIRA study, PHA & JSA , Work Permit System & Industrial safety - under the factories Act 1948

All welfare - uniform, safety shoe, working dress etc.…

9. General Administration & MIS

a) Factory Cleaning, 3C & 5S, Factory and office refreshments area maintaining, Stationary, Couriers, Company Car & Executives Transport Management, Security Management & Daily monthly MIS reports
