Inside Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive actual sales revenue (realized cash flow)- through self and team.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to boost remote sales performance and expand market reach.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, monitor team performance, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Customer Relations: Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and builds strong remote relationships with electronics and furniture retailers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service departments to refine sales processes and optimize customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance sales effectiveness

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in hindi speaking, retailer led segments
• Demonstrated success in managing a remote sales team.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance analysis tools.
