In this position, you'll build valuable relationships with industry influencers while promoting our comprehensive portfolio of smart home solutions including lighting controls, shading systems, home theaters, multi-room audio, and advanced security systems.

What You'll Do

• Target Elite Clientele: Generate new business opportunities from Mumbai's top 50 architects and high-net-worth individuals
• Consultant Relations: Develop strategic relationships with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to generate qualified business leads
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with customers to ensure long-term partnerships
• Cross-Selling Initiatives: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to our full range of home and office automation solutions
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury residential and commercial sectors
• Strategic Planning: Prepare and execute annual, monthly, and weekly sales plans to achieve targets
• Principal Collaboration: Work closely with our technology partners and principals to stay updated on product innovations
• Technical Knowledge: Develop expertise in our home automation systems to effectively communicate their benefits and features
• Industry Networking: Represent AceTech at industry events, trade shows, and exclusive client gatherings

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from any discipline
• Experience: 5-10 years in Sales or Business Development from related industries such as Lighting, Home Automation, or Electrical sectors
• Preferred Background: Experience selling to architects is highly preferred
• Communication Skills: Fluent English and excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated with a proven track record as an achiever in sales
• Relationship Building: Strong social skills and ability to connect with high-profile clients
