Synopsis :

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our growing team. You'll be the first impression we make on clients and visitors, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll do:

• Be the friendly and professional face of our company, greeting clients and visitors
• Coordinate office operations to ensure a seamless workflow
• Manage conference room bookings for senior management
• Facilitate client visits and ensure a positive experience
• Oversee biometric registration and issue access/ID cards for new employees
• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers efficiently

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor degree in commerce or a related field.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
