We are seeking an experienced recruiter specializing in technology and non-technology hiring to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles, hiring trends, and strategies to attract top talent in the IT/non-technology domain.
A Day In Your Life:
● Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding for entry to niche-level positions.
● Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, campus events and vendors.
● Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns.
● Partner with the client to align on hiring needs and maintain relationships with external vendors.
● Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and optimize hiring strategies.
Skills In Spotlight:
● Expertise in bulk recruitment for technical and non technical roles with strong knowledge of programming languages and hiring trends.
● Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
● Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and client management skills.
● Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and client.
