Synopsis We are seeking a HR Operations Specialist to support HR documentation and coordinate with US and overseas vendors and freelancers. This role includes managing vendor onboarding, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient HR processes in a global setting.

● Documentation Management:Maintain organized HR documentationfor US and overseas vendors and freelancers.
● Vendor & Freelancer Coordination: Assist in onboarding and managing documentation for US and international vendors, ensuring smooth integration.
● Data Management:Keep employee and contractor records accurate and up-to-date in HR systems.
● Shift Flexibility: Work in UK shifts to support HR operations and coordinate with global stakeholders.
● Reporting & Compliance: Generate basic HR reports and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Skills In Spotlight
● Experience: 4+ years in HR operations, with experience handling US and overseas vendors.
● Documentation Skills: Strong attention to detail in managing records.
● Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Tech Proficiency:Familiar with Google Drives and Google Sheets
● ShiftFlexibility: Comfortable working in UK shifts
