Job Description
- Developing frictionless onboarding experiences that make it easy for schools/universities/customers to be aligned with the ecosystem and provide easy onboarding. You will also be responsible for establishing adoption metrics, exit criteria, and data reporting that elucidate onboarding, engagement metrics and their relationship to product smart goals.
- Create a seamless user migration experience. Also, you will be chartered to influence and expand the platform for key education scenarios.
- Be curious, supportive, and encouraging of your peers. Uphold Hurix and team values, and contribute to deepening them. Cross-team, cross-organization collaboration: build tools, services, or processes to promote positive interactions and encourage groups to work well together despite individual differences within and between them.
- Engage customers to get their feedback, understand adoption blockers, and work across product teams to resolve key blockers. In addition, you will work with customer engagement and success teams to onboard customers. You will have the opportunity to work closely with other cross-company teams investing in consumer experiences to ensure seamless integrations.
- Build subject matter expertise for your area.
- Align business strategy and technical strategy with your focus area.
We re looking for someone with:
- Proven at least 6+ years experience in Associate Program Management or Program Management, preferably in the education technology (EdTech) or learning management system (LMS) industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing learning content development and technology projects for universities, schools, colleges, and publishers.
- Strong understanding of the organizational structures, key stakeholders, processes, and policies of universities, colleges, schools, and publishers, particularly in the US market.
- Familiarity with the nature of learning programs and solution offerings commonly used by these customer segments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.
- Experience developing and implementing onboarding experiences, user migration strategies, and adoption plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish adoption metrics, exit criteria, and data reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (internal and external), including product teams, customer success teams, and other stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and influence product development based on their feedback.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the learning experience.
