Role Overview:
As the Program Manager at Winner Bench, you will play a pivotal role in managing end to end operations of different programs. Orchestrating brand programs, managing LMS content, driving sales strategies, delivering exceptional customer experience and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve exceptional outcomes. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly connect the dots between vision and execution.

- Lead and manage all Winner Bench brand programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and objectives.
- Create, implement, and monitor detailed project plans with clear milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

2. LMS Content Management:
- Oversee the development, organization, and updates of content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Work with educators, content creators, and designers to deliver engaging and impactful content.

3. Sales Enablement:
- Convert potential prospect into customer through demo/call

- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies that boost enrollments and revenue.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
- Take ownership of leads, actively manage the pipeline, and drive conversions independently.

- Partner with the marketing team to launch campaigns, events, and initiatives that build Winner Benchs brand and drive community engagement.
