Program Manager - Weight Management Program

About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager / Entrepreneur-in-Residence for our online weight management program, which focuses on medical weight loss through GLP-1 medications and holistic lifestyle interventions. This program includes endocrinologist consultations, diagnostics, and personalized support from coaches and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage the execution of the weight management program, ensuring

timelines, budgets, and program objectives are met.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery and alignment with company goals.
• Customer Journey Management: Optimize the customer experience from consultation and

diagnostics to medication delivery and lifestyle guidance.

• Team Coordination: Liaise with endocrinologists, fitness experts, psychologists, and coaches to deliver a cohesive program.
• Data Analysis: Monitor program metrics, conduct data analysis, and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, escalate, and address any program-related challenges to maintain

operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in program management, preferably in weight management, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders.
