Strategic Planning Project Governance:
Develop and implement project delivery strategies that align with the company s objectives.
Establish frameworks, standards, and best practices for project delivery across the organization.
Oversee resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization for multiple projects.
Project Execution Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
Manage complex, large-scale projects, including digital learning platforms, curriculum rollouts, and enterprise client solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, content, sales) to drive project success.
Anticipate potential bottlenecks and devise strategies to mitigate risks proactively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary escalation point for project-related concerns from clients and internal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional partners and clients.
Ensure that all stakeholders are regularly updated on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Team Leadership Mentorship:
Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to excel.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the project delivery team.

Performance Monitoring Reporting:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success.
