A Day In Your Life:

1. Instructional Design Strategy

● Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, learning objectives, and target audience. ● Develop instructional design strategies that align with client needs and industry standards.

2. Content Development

● Oversee the creation of engaging digital learning content, including eLearning modules, simulations, microlearning, videos, and other multimedia assets. ● Ensure content is pedagogically sound, visually appealing, and adheres to copyright and accessibility standards. 3. Quality Assurance

● Define quality criteria for deliverables to ensure consistency and client satisfaction. ● Perform systematic RCA & CAPA checks and reviews to maintain high work standards. ● Use client and team feedback to refine processes and improve quality.

4. Team Growth and Delight

● Foster continuous learning and development within the team. ● Develop leadership skills in project leads and managers. ● Organize workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs. ● Promote a positive attitude towards challenges and learning from failures. ● Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration, communication, and trust. ● Create an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and motivated.

5. Client Delight

● Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions. ● Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify client renewals and upselling opportunities. ● Ensure ZERO defect deliverables. ● Proactively address client concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience and drive client retention.

6. Operational Efficiency

● Ensure efficient resource allocation across projects to maximize utilization. ● Monitor and improve resource usage, identifying areas for increased efficiency. ● Apply lean methodologies to streamline operations and reduce bottlenecks. ● Create standard operating procedures for tasks to increase efficiency.
