Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, data-driven Creator Engagement & Revenue Operations Manager to lead scalable creator interaction strategies and revenue operations. You will oversee creator teams, manage community engagement, and leverage data to optimize community initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Own and execute strategies for scalable, one-to-many interactions with a large creator community, focusing on increasing engagement and driving actionable outcomes.
- Revenue Operations Leadership: Oversee revenue operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.
- Community Engagement Management: Manage and optimize community engagement activities across platforms (e.g., forums, webinars) and explore new interaction methods to drive creator participation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret data across key metrics to generate reliable insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Impact Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate the impact of engagement strategies on revenue growth, identify areas for improvement, and adjust initiatives to optimize results.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine community management and engagement processes, implementing best practices to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
- Challenge Resolution & Innovation: Identify challenges in community and account management, experimenting with product-led solutions to build scalable systems for long-term success.
Qualifications:
- Tier 1/2 Engineering or Finance graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, community management, or similar roles within a SaaS or tech company.
- Strong proficiency in analytical tools and languages, particularly SQL.
- Proven experience in revenue operations or community management with a focus on driving engagement and aligning strategies with business goals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ideal candidate will have experience as a Community Operations Manager, Revenue Operations Manager, or Program Manager.
