Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support technical discussions with potential clients and provide in-depth product knowledge.
- Solution Design: Help design tailored marketing solutions for clients, leveraging company's platform to meet their unique needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and propose solutions that align with their goals.
- Market Analysis: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the sales team and clients.
Requirement:
- Experience: 8+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting in the Banking, Ad tech, or related industries.
- Business Requirement Analysis: Prior experience in business requirement analysis and BRD writing.
- Leadership: Experience leading discussions and coordinating between sales, product, and engineering leading a team of 4+ individuals.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Technical Background: Understanding of ad tech systems, APIs, and platforms.
Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs, Loyalty platforms, and Growth marketing tools.
- Sales Support Skills: Ability to assist sales teams by communicating technical aspects of the platform clearly and effectively.
- Client Focused: A customer-first mindset, with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions that will drive their success.
- High Agency: Demonstrates initiative and accountability.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
