As part of its ongoing expansion strategy, Hunt Partners is now looking to onboard Partners in the Mumbai office.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
REVENUE MANAGEMENT:
- Prospect for retained search mandates and other product offerings such as HR Advisory, Coaching, Interim Management and Director Training, from current, past, and potential clients.
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded.
CLIENT MANAGEMENT:
- Consult / advise clients on the business within the context of the above products.
- Ensure high degree of closure of search mandates and manage client expectations to their fullest expectation, rendering the finest standards of service.
- Farm existing client relationships to generate additional business.
ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENT:
- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy.
- Ensure the search mandate is completed successfully within the stipulated timelines and to the client's satisfaction.
- Effectively assess the client 's need and the candidate's suitability.
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT:
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings.
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports.
- Provide firm visibility at industry events.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
- Create and maintain a culture of innovation, enthusiasm, empowerment, and teamwork, to have a positive impact on staff motivation and reduce attrition.
- Ensure continual development of team members' skill set and know-how by organizing appropriate training and mentoring.
- Conduct 6 monthly /annual appraisals with team members and provide relevant feedback on a regular basis.
