The Role:

Associate Partner/Director - IT Audit

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead IT audits and evaluations to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, risk protocols, and compliance standards

- Conduct ITGC and SOX audits to assess controls, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations

- Collaborate with business and IT teams to evaluate risks and design effective mitigation measures

- Offer guidance on IT governance, cyber security risk assessment, and control enhancement strategies

- Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with emerging IT audit regulations

- Drive team development through mentorship, training, and performance management

- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities in IT risk and compliance

Skills Required:

- Strong grasp of IT audit principles, risk assessment models, and control frameworks

- Proficiency in ITGC, SOX compliance, and financial sector regulations

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing audit teams, client interactions, and strategic engagements

- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings to stakeholders

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and data analysis tools (Excel, ACL, SQL)

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 12 years in IT Auditing, covering IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX Compliance

- Certifications: CISA / DISA / CISSP / CISM
