The Role:

Statutory Audit - Associate Partner/Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Provide strategic advisory and consulting services to clients on accounting, financial reporting, and governance matters.

- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, SEBI, and other regulatory standards.

- Drive audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting while maintaining strict adherence to professional standards

- Experience in P&L management, delivery, and business development

- Should have handled a team of 10+ members

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and SEBI regulations.

- Proven expertise in client advisory, consulting, and financial reporting.

- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple engagements simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant.

- Indian market experience is mandatory.
