About the role:

What You'll Do?

Sales Management:

- Handle online sales activities on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and other platforms, ensuring periodic sales increments.

Catalogue & Listings Expertise:

- Create and manage product listings, A+ content, and variations for optimal product presentation.

Strategize for Success:

- Develop discount and combo strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Problem-Solving:

- Address account health and catalogue issues efficiently to maintain seamless operations.

Stock Coordination:

- Monitor warehouse stock levels and collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Agency Collaboration:

- Work with marketplace agencies to boost product placement, visibility, and sales volume.

Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure smooth processes, from order placement to dispatch, for 360-degree operational success.

Category Management:

- Engage with e-commerce category managers to optimize product placement and visibility.

What You Bring?

Experience: 3-5 years in e-commerce operations or sales management.

Technical Skills: Expertise in cataloguing, listings, and e-commerce tools.

Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
