Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Initiatives: Create and execute strategies to drive new leads and enhance our marketing database.
- Integrated Campaigns: Develop paid and organic programs (Google PPC, content marketing, webinars, events) to expand our database and pipeline.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign outcomes, draw actionable insights, and present results to refine monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Optimize tools like HubSpot to increase conversion rates and maintain database integrity.
- Operational Excellence: Enhance processes and reporting for demand generation to measure performance, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams to develop and promote high-impact marketing materials.
- Pipeline Generation: Lead initiatives that create a robust inbound sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Innovation: Test and implement new marketing approaches to maximize investments and foster growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a team specializing in demand generation, digital marketing, field and partner marketing, and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in demand generation, preferably with B2B SaaS organizations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with B2B demand generation channels (paid search, social media ads, retargeting, etc.).
- Project Management: Strong skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in program measurement, ROI analysis, and execution.
- Marketing Tools: Proven success with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot and SFDC.
- SaaS Exposure: Experience across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise levels is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and align teams with BDR and partner programs.
- Tactical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of demand tactics (digital and physical).
- Budget Management: Capability to deliver results within allocated budgets and timelines.
