Hunarstreet Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a Client Servicing- + Business Development to work with growing event company at Mumbai.
The Role:
As the face of our company, you will plan, manage, and execute a variety of high-impact events, including media drives, employee engagements, dealer conferences, and special events.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead a dynamic team while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Identify opportunities, generate briefs, and deliver tailored business solutions.
- Develop creative concepts and marketing strategies to align with client objectives and target markets.
Event Execution & Post-Event Management:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event production quality and deliver exceptional experiences that meet client expectations.
- Handle post-event processes, including payment advice, invoicing, and client feedback.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Adhere to company policies related to contracts, advances, and billing.
- Provide regular updates, including weekly reports and departmental reviews, to ensure transparency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Allocate tasks, supervise team performance, and ensure alignment with client briefs.
- Conduct periodic team reviews, address challenges, and foster a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs, provide mentorship, and support career growth for team members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 4+ years of experience in business development and client servicing in events and activations.
- Proven track record of building senior-level client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network and client contacts within the corporate sector.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
