Business Development Manager - Self-Operated Business (SOB).

Location: Mumbai.

Role Type: Field Role (Monday to Saturday, involves daily travel).

We are looking for BDM for a global platform revolutionizing the hospitality industry by. empowering small businesses and entrepreneurs with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify commercial properties for new hotel openings and negotiate acquisition deals.

- Build business partnerships with property developers, landlords, project consultants, and brokers for profitable associations.

- Oversee legal due diligence and ensure smooth execution of acquisition paperwork.

- Collaborate with internal teams to manage the end-to-end onboarding and launch of properties.

- Monitor operator performance and inventory management to maximize contribution margins.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of growth opportunities through relationships with property owners and operators:.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Number of sellable rooms signed and made live monthly.

- Contribution margins generated from signed properties.

Who We're Looking For:.

- 3+ years of experience in franchise development, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry.

- Proven experience managing the B2B client lifecycle from onboarding to achieving business metrics.

- Excellent negotiation skills for large portfolio deals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Networking expertise and attention to detail in legal contracts.
