Technical Trainer / Tech L&D Specialist

As a Technical Trainer / Tech L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful technical training programs, managing training schedules, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1) Learning & Development Strategy

• Design and implement comprehensive technical L&D programs aligned with company goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify technical skill gaps.
• Develop technical assessments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks.

2) Program Design, Delivery & Scheduling

• Create and deliver engaging training sessions on PHP, .NET, Linux, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
• Manage training calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Use various instructional methods like e-learning, classroom training, and coaching.
• Collaborate with department heads to plan training batches and timelines.

3) Leadership Development

• Design and implement Leadership Development Programs for high-potential employees.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders and managers.

4) Performance Management

• Support performance management processes by aligning L&D programs with employee development goals.
• Assist in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.

5) Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with senior leaders and department heads to align training programs with business objectives.
• Communicate training schedules, progress reports, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

6) Evaluation & Reporting

• Monitor training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports on training completion, skill improvements, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or HR.
• 4+ years of experience in technical training or L&D roles.
• Hands-on expertise in PHP, .NET, Linux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in managing training schedules and LMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
