* Uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate IBMs unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.
* Negotiate with candidates on queries pertaining to financials and non-financial commitments
* Query Management and resolution within service level
* Work with TL and other stakeholders in the team to finalize comp proposals
* Meet allocated targets for comp offers within the service line to which they are assigned
