Summary:As a Workforce Services Representative, you will forecast and plan work volumes to meet customer support service levels. Translate monthly, daily and intraday forecasts into staffing schedules to meet work and call handling requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules based on forecasted work volumes.

Analyze call handling requirements and adjust staffing levels accordingly.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workforce efficiency.

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Provide regular updates on staffing schedules and performance metrics.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration.

Strong understanding of workforce management principles.

Experience in forecasting and scheduling.

Knowledge of call center operations.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with workforce management software.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Micro Focus Operations Orchestration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
