They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring our services are capable to drive sustainable growth.

IT IS WORK FROM OFFICE FOR NOIDA LOCATION.

NEED CANDIDATES HAVING EXPERIENCE AS A HR-ER IN ANY BPO.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor employee relations
• Conflict resolution
• Maintaining employment policies
• Employee engagement
• Grievance handling
• Maintaining employment policies

Must be Graduated.

Must be Female

Must have experience as HR into Employee Relations.

Must be good in English communications.

Salary up to;- 5 LPA
