Ruby on Rails Developer (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality Ruby on Rails applications and APIs.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Utilize Ruby on Rails framework features and functionalities effectively.

- Implement object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.

- Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible designs.

- Design and implement database schemas.

- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.

- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using testing frameworks like RSpec.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality.

- Proactively identify and address bugs and issues.

- Deploy and maintain web applications on server environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Contribute to the improvement of deployment processes.

- Work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5-10 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails framework and related libraries.

- Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
