Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: HTIC Global, Cochin, India
Industry: Insurance


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation through multi-channel digital campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics.


Operating from our HTIC Global location in Cochin, the Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to strengthen the company's online presence and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives in the insurance sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display, email, and social media) to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Create a content marketing strategy to promote thought leadership, enhance brand positioning, and support inbound lead generation.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, ensuring a high ROI.
  • Manage paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead content creation initiatives, including blogs, infographics, case studies, and video content, to support marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and development teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral.

3. SEO, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other data analytics platforms to track website performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

4. Social Media & Brand Management

  • Build and manage the company's presence across all relevant social media platforms, driving brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee social media content calendars and engagement strategies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image.

5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketing team members, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation goals.
  • Act as a key liaison with external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Proven experience managing large advertising budgets to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and driving campaign performance.
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of how to measure, analyze, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Industry experience within the insurance sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance customer journey and the ability to craft targeted marketing strategies.
