Job Description

Job Purpose:

The primary function of the role is to generate and manage sales from the respective specified region. The role is to make sure that the respective region is generating sales as per planned from overall perspective and from a product wise perspective (Eg: Making sure there are revenue coming from holidays, flights and visas as well).

Responsibilities :

- Primary :

Making sure the revenue targets are achieved as per plan

- Secondary :

- Make sure that the products available in the region is competent as per market rates and service levels

- Making sure that competent product are available as per market demand (For eg: If there is a specific destination that is popular, liaise with product team to create and launch such products)

- Creating and contracting: Increase the region expertise and network in the region to make sure that houseoftours.com brand is pushed and new hotel contracts,

- New local visa vendors and Airline relationships are built in the local market.

- Maintain local GSA relationships (Management and Non-Management category)

Duties :

- Liaise with the marketing team on a day to day basis to make sure there are enough web hits and marketing leads are generated to get the targeted revenue numbers

- Liaise with the call center sales team to make sure that all leads, calls, messages and chats are taken care and converted

- Analyze the web hits on a daily basis and make sure targeted web hits are achieved.

- Liaise with the web team and make sure that all products and communicated as per local market standards and requirements.

- Liaise with product team and make sure that new product demand from regional market is created and met.

- Liaise with case management team to make sure all cases from the region is taken care and sorted to the best possible manner so that the customer comes back

- Liaise with finance to make sure that all pending refunds are taken care and customer is updated.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years experience in handling visa & holidays products

- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%

Skills: Excellent communication skills

Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities

Location: Info-park, Phase -2, Kochi, Kerala
