Job Summary:
- As a Holiday Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and contributing to the overall success of our holiday season sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Build a continuous lead funnel through Business Development activities.
- Support promotional events, sales campaigns, and store displays during the holiday season.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-demand retail environment.
- Track and review actual sales results and match them against the set business targets.
- Analyse periodic reports to understand market trends.
- Continuously acquire & update understanding of industry dynamics & consumer buying behaviour.
- Take ownership of the leads (generated through B2B partners or Marketing channels) from the first touchpoint to closure.

Who qualifies?
- Master's Degree in Management.
- At least 4 years of Luxury Sales experience.
