Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives within the timeshare industry. This role requires expertise in digital and traditional marketing, lead generation, and customer retention strategies specific to vacation ownership and timeshare sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for timeshare sales.
- Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, in Google Analytics, automation tools, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage and coordinate offline marketing efforts such as events, direct mail, print advertising, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize ROI.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, travel agencies, and tourism boards.
- Lead a marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Marketing tie ups for company events and acknowledge of venue sales
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
What qualifies?
- Experience in marketing luxury travel, resorts, or vacation ownership properties.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the timeshare or hospitality industry.
