Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Candidate shall be responsible for assisting the sales head for the PAN India sales of our JV Greenglide's LPG-powered gensets and water pumps to institutional customers, MNCs, and sectors such as agriculture, construction, and emergency services.
2. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of LPG-powered equipment or similar technologies.
3. Communicate and work with other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
4. To coordinate with the technical team for operation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and tests for the LPG-powered gensets and water pumps, ensuring optimal performance.
5. Maintaining complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation related to product operations and customer interactions.
6. Conduct training sessions for customers on the proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols of Greenglide's LPG-powered equipment.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely, effective, and ongoing technical support.
8. Participate in technical seminars and presentations, demonstrating Greenglides products to potential customers and industry professionals.
9. Report regularly to the Sales Head on technical challenges and customer feedback to ensure alignment with sales goals and strategies.
10. Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Skills Required:

1. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of LPG-powered equipment or similar technologies.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical solutions and benefits of Greenglides products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Proven experience in providing technical support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of LPG-powered gensets and water pumps.
4. Familiarity with LPG-powered equipment and environmental compliance standards is a plus though not mandatory. Willingness to learn Greenglides technologies and product features.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, delivering technical support, and managing client relationships effectively.
6. Ability to travel extensively across India to provide technical services, including inspections and emergency support.
7. Experience in training clients on product usage, maintenance, and safety protocols. Ability to conduct seminars or demonstrations of Greenglides products when needed.
8. Strong skills in maintaining detailed technical documentation, including service reports and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical or related field (preferred).
• MBA in Marketing (added advantage).
